Who we are

Estimates are not offers
The calculator and every number on this site are indicative estimates for information only. They are not an offer, a forecast or a promise of results, and they don't create any obligation for you or for us. A binding deal exists only when both parties sign a written agreement after we review your app's reports.
No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. Consider getting independent advice before you sign any agreement.
Your application
When you apply, you confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the app and its developer account. We may decline any application without giving reasons, although we try to explain a no.
Our content and brand
The site, its design, text, graphics and the AppBacked name and marks belong to us. The Backed badge may only be used by apps with a signed AppBacked agreement, following the rules on the badge page.
Third-party data
The calculator reads public app data from Apple's lookup service. App names and icons belong to their owners and are shown only to draw your estimate.
Liability
We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from decisions based on estimates shown on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
